ADVICE ON CHOOSING
YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
When choosing your photographer, make sure you ask to see two
or three complete weddings from start to finish to allow you
to properly assess their abilities. Producing a couple of great
wedding shots every now and then is not too difficult but a
good photographer will consistently capture 200-300 excellent
photographs at each wedding they shoot.
Next, ask yourself
whether the photographer's style of work is exactly what you
are looking for. Is the print quality of a high standard and
the presentation of the photographs professional and contemporary
looking?
Choose a photographer
you like and trust, someone you can get along with, someone
with a good sense of fun! The ability to put people at ease
is as important a part of creating beautiful, relaxed, spontaneous
photographs as knowledge of cameras and lighting is.
And finally,
with wedding photography, as with most things, you generally
do get what you pay for.
